Allawah
Allawah is a nice little suburb 16 kilometres from the CBD of Sydney, easily reachable by railway. The name Allawah comes from the Aboriginal phrase ’Stay here!’. It is mainly a residential area, but the business and commercial centre of southern Sydney, Hurstville, is only 15-20 minutes on foot.
Our Allawah house is located only a few minutes stroll to the train station, and a little more walk to the huge Westfield shopping mall where everything is available from groceries and a large variety of retail shops, to restaurants and movie entertainment. The house itself is a 2 story building of 7 rooms and 2 bathrooms located in a quiet suburban side street, with a nice little garden to sit out and enjoy some leisure time. It is most ideal for those who value their space and wish for a quiet and peaceful location, yet with easy access to all amenities and the city.

Ashfield
Ashfield is about 9 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, easily reachable by trains within 20 minutes.
Our house is a 2 story block of 4 units, all occupied by students of StudentStay Australia, and thereby providing the classic student residence experience. It is located right in front of Ashfield mall, and just a few minutes walk to Ashfield station, so shopping for everyday necessities cannot be easier, and commuting is breeze with very frequent trains that take only 20 minutes to the city. Ideal for those who like the hustle and bustle of a busy location and value to ease of access to all transport and amenities.
The delightful Ashfield Park features big phoenix palms and it is home to the Ashfield Bowling Club and provides opportunities for passive and active recreation. The Ashfield Aquatic Centre offers a range of opportunities for recreational swimming, lap swimming, aqua aerobics and swimming lessons.
The district’s major shopping centre is Ashfield Mall next to Ashfield Railway Station, which is on the Inner West Railway Line.

Maroubra
Maroubra is a seaside suburb with the main attraction of its wonderful ocean beach with white sand, a surfers paradise. It is situated 10 kilometres to the south of Sydney CBD from where it is easily reachable by the frequently running buses.
On long summer days, we can enjoy different cuisines ranging from the local speciality, the fish and chips through hamburgers to more elegant restaurants. Further on, on Anzac Parade, you can find busy shopping centres, shops and supermarkets.
The Maroubra house sits high and mighty on the hill just along Anzac Parade, right in front of the bus stop to the city, and a comfortable 10 minutes stroll to both shops and the famous and breathtaking Maroubra beach. Sydney city is also just a 30 minutes bus ride away, and UNSW even half that. The house itself is large and spacious, harbouring 8 rooms spread over 2 levels, and serviced by 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms for easy and comfortable living.
